Switching from Vector to Facturino POS: Step by Step
If you use Duna Vector and are considering a switch, this guide is for you. We'll show you how in 30 minutes you can move your items, connect the fiscal printer and start selling — with automatic accounting, inventory and e-Invoice readiness. No technician.
Why switch from Vector?

Step 1: Export items from Vector

Open Vector
Go to Items → Item List.

Export to CSV
Vector allows exporting items to Excel/CSV. Export all items with: Name, Code/Barcode, Price, VAT group, Category.

Save the file
Save the CSV file to desktop — you'll need it in the next step.
Step 2: Register on Facturino

Open app.facturino.mk
Register free — just email and password. No credit card.

Enter company details
Name, company ID, VAT number, address. The system auto-pulls from the company registry.

Choose free plan
30 POS sales per month — enough to test completely.
Step 3: Import items

Go to Items → Import
Click "Import from CSV".

Upload the CSV file
The system auto-maps columns: name, barcode, price, VAT.

Confirm and save
Review items and click Save. All items are imported.
Step 4: Connect fiscal printer

Plug USB
Connect the same fiscal printer via USB (not COM port).

Go to Settings → Fiscal Devices
Click "Connect Device" — Chrome will show the printer.

Select the device
Done! Fiscal printer connected without drivers.
Step 5: Start selling!
Open POS (/admin/pos), scan an item or select from the list, tap "Charge". Invoice, inventory, accounting and fiscal receipt — automatic. Your accountant immediately sees sales in the trial balance.
